Simply fill out the following simple form to recieve a ’Quick Quote’ - a rough estimate of the project time scale, cost, and any useful suggestions we may be able to offer in order to help you decide exactly what you require to meet the goals of your project.
At Herron Technologies we believe client involvement in the design process is of paramount importance, however we allow our clients to be involved as little or as much as they choose, depending on their own level of expertise and, of course, time restrictions.
Client Brief
A meeting between Herron Technologies and the client is arranged for an initial discussion and to brainstorm about design, functionality, budget and timing requirements. This can be done in person or through email and telephone.
Proposal
The proposal is compiled by Herron Technologies, after collating the full client brief, which details design ideas, degree of client input, the final price, and the production processes required to achieve the end result. We document the key phases of the project, timing and invoice plans through to completion.
Approval & Contract
Once the client is satisfied with the Herron Technologies proposal, a contract is signed to commence with develpoment.
Screenshots Designed
We get to work on the graphics and design, several separate visuals/screenshots are designed, and are presented to the client, and once a preferred design idea is chosen, the concept is further developed ready for coding.
Design and Build
We code the individual sections, functionality is programmed, and content added, and the product design is completed.
Evaluation
The product is thoroughly tested for errors and bugs, for instance, to ensure restricted areas are properly secure.
Final Delivery
In the case of a web design project the final stage will see the completed website uploaded to the internet and connected to your domain name where it will then appear live on the Internet, or in the case of software development the final product will be delivered, together with all necessay documentation.
Future Product Maintenance
You will usually have a password protected area so you can have the flexibility to modify your website text and images easily and rapidly yourself without any programming skills whatsoever. If you prefer our own professional website designers to make the changes, we will be happy to put a maintenance package in place or charge you on an hourly basis as and when you need modifications.
We will send you details of any software package updates as and when they are ready for release. Your suggestions for improvements in our software useability are key to our development, and so are more than welcome.
